Certified Rentals

All of our properties are inspected annually by a Certified Property Standards Officer to ensure they meet all applicable City of Kingston property standards. This allows our properties to be enrolled in the Queens University Landlord Contract Program. Tenants will be provided a copy of the Queens University Landlord Agreement for their property when they sign the lease.
