We offer a wide variety of unit sizes (Bachelor – 6 Bedrooms) that are very competitively priced. Many units have been upgraded with new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, washers and dryers. All of our properties our within a short walk of the Queens campus. Also all of our units of two bedrooms or more come with a bi-weekly cleaning service Sept. thru April.

All of our properties are inspected annually by a Certified Property Standards Officer to ensure they meet all applicable City of Kingston property standards. This allows our properties to be enrolled in the Queens University Landlord Contract Program. Tenants will be provided a copy of the Queens University Landlord Agreement for their property when they sign the lease.
